About Us.

It all begins with an idea. One night Aaron and Nick were sitting at a local venue having a few drinks, when they realised they had missed the last call for food. That’s when they realised their picturesque town of Jindabyne was missing something – Late night takeaway food…. The SPLITZ FOOD TRUCK was born.

Despite the challenges of covid, they had a successful Winter ‘21 and had moved to a semi-permanent location offering Jindabyne’s best takeaway and delivery food throughout the lockdowns. Incorporating convenient online orders to adapt to the covid changes.

Shortly after the season, they were presented with an opportunity to expand their Jindabyne food business. Partnering up with local legend Daniel, the trio created Jindabyne Emporium! Creating an epic, welcoming restaurant and bar for locals and visitors to Jindabyne.
