Alpine PassivHaus is a family-run manufacturer based in the Snowy Mountains. Working closely with architects and builders, we deliver high-quality, airtight homes that set a new standard in sustainable Australian housing.
WHAT WE DO
We manufacture fully insulated, airtight wall and roof panels made from sustainable, non-toxic materials. We also deliver complete turnkey building solutions – from design consultation through to handover – across the wider South New South Wales and North Victoria regions.
Better materials mean better air quality, lower energy bills, and a smaller footprint. We build homes that look after the people inside them and the environment around them.

We specialise in manufacturing and selling prefabricated wall panels crafted from sustainable materials like wood and cellulose (recycled newspaper), creating a carbon-negative building envelope that supports a healthier environment.
Our skilled team of tradesmen takes pride in crafting high-quality, sustainable homes in close collaboration with your architect and builder.
Currently, we are developing a range of prefabricated home designs and are actively seeking investors for a new, state-of-the-art facility. This sustainable, automated production site will make series production of affordable, healthy homes possible.
In addition, Alpine PassivHaus offers consulting services in healthy building, energy efficiency, and passive house design, ensuring that each home we create delivers exceptional indoor air quality and long-term performance.
Our focus at Alpine PassivHaus is on building highly efficient, healthy homes that go beyond carbon neutrality to actively absorb carbon by using sustainable materials like wood and cellulose (recycled newspaper). Our production facilities are fully powered by renewable energy, and we carefully select suppliers who align with our commitment to sustainable, ethical sourcing, exclusively partnering with democratic countries.
Our team comprises skilled tradespeople who share a passion for sustainability and high quality. With premium materials, a well-insulated, thermal bridge-free design, and a heat recovery ventilation (HRV) system, we create mould-free, healthy homes. Those with asthma or allergies can experience improved indoor air quality and a greater sense of well-being.
